There are several ways to get support for EATree software. The best source of support is the EATree user guide which is included with your software download. You need to go through the EATree user guide step by step and do all of the exercises. The second source would be the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section on this page. The third is EATree forum (under construction) which will have a lot of useful information and a way to get help not only from EATree consultants but also from EATree community members.

What is EATree?
EATree is a MetaTrader drag and drop Expert Advisor (EA) builder. It is a windows application that runs locally on your computer. You can create complex MT4 and MT5 EAs using a very easy to use graphical user interface. There are two different products: EATree MT4 standard Edition V2.0 that supports the MQL4 language and EATree MT5 standard Edition V2.0 that supports the MQL5 language.

How can I find my PC MAC address?
If you have purchased EATree you need to send us the MAC address of your computer to receive the EATree download link. Please follow these steps:
1. Download GetMac.bat batch (right-click then "save target as").
2. Run GetMac.bat
3. Email the output file "MAC.txt" file to info@eatree.com
